Diecut Chases:
Sterling Toggle manufactures diecutting chases to OEM specifications. Our chases are fully stress relieved and precision ground for top quality. We also rebuild existing diecutting chases to OEM specs.
Emboss & Diecut in One Pass:
The solution is our small aluminum honeycomb base that fits right inside your die. Just specify your size requirement and we usually ship in 2-3 days.
Cold Embossing using your Diecut Chases:
Increase your profit by cold embossing in your diecut chases. Our high quality strength aluminium honeycomb is manufactured from aircraft aluminium and is fully stressed relieved and precision ground. The honeycomb is fastened into the die cut chase by using the same hole pattern that mounts the die.
