All Diecut chases are manufactured in our factory in West Babylon, New York. Sterling Toggle manufactures die cutting chases to OEM specifications. Our chases are fully stress relieved and precision ground for top quality. We also rebuild existing diecutting chases to OEM specs.

Single Pass Embossing & Diecut

The solution is our small aluminum honeycomb base that fits right inside your die cutting chase. Just specify your size requirement and we usually ship in 2-3 days.

Increase your profit by embossing in your diecut chases. Our high quality aluminum honeycombs are manufactured from aircraft grade aluminum, fully stressed relieved and precision ground. The honeycomb is fastened into the diecut chase by using the same hole pattern that mounts the die.
