Diecut Chases are used to lock the steel rule die in place. The diecut chase is then locked into the press. We manufacture diecutting chases in many configurations: open back, closed back, center bar, quick locking.

All diecut chases are manufactured in our factory in West Babylon, New York. Sterling Toggle manufactures diecutting chases to OEM specifications. Our chases are fully stress relieved and precision ground for top quality. We also rebuild existing diecutting chases to OEM specs.

Single Pass Embossing & Diecut

The solution is our small aluminum honeycomb base that fits right inside your diecutting chase. Just specify your size requirement and we usually ship in 2-3 days.
